ADVISORY: Bluetooth Direct Vehicle Control on 2023.38+ BROKEN - UPDATE: Fixed in 1.3.12

With firmware 2023.38+ Tesla has changed how Bluetooth keys are paired, and this pairing is currently broken in the shipping app. Existing keys still work, but new ones can't be added. I am currently working on a fix - stay tuned!

UPDATE: This has been fixed in Watch for Tesla version 1.3.12
