Bluetooth direct control stopped working - Tesla software 2023.20.4 and newer

In Tesla software 2023.20.4 Bluetooth direct vehicle control stopped working in the app, for many users. Initially 1.3.7 was released to fix the issue - but it was only a half-measure - the fix worked for most users, but not all. 1.3.8 was released on June 21st 2023 - this should fix the issue for the remaining users. So please make sure to update to at least 1.3.8 on the App Store on all devices - both Phone and Watch.
