Minimize phantom drain

Enable background updates but toggle allow wake in background OFF. Tesla has implemented caching on their api servers, so they will store a copy of the last vehicle data before vehicle goes to sleep. Set the update interval to every hour. This will allow the vehicle to deep sleep unless you open the app, resulting in zero phantom drain.
